Therapy with Monica - EMDR INTENSIVES.
What is an EMDR Intensive?
I prefer to conduct blocks of 2-3 hours per week via Zoom. My EMDR clients often tell me that I help them piece together their experiences, emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.
Please note that I am only licensed in Florida and Idaho, so clients must be
physically present in these states during treatment. I offer a free 20-minute
consultation to see if we’re a good fit and to determine if an intensive is right for
you.
Weekly Intensive therapy:
EMDR Intensives Blocks:
EMDR Intensives - $175 per hour.
Intensives are scheduled for a specific number of hours based on our consultation call. When scheduling the 20-30-hour intensive option, the full fee must be paid 14 days before our first meeting. When scheduling the 3-4 hour weekly option, the full fee must be paid 7 days before our first meeting.
A flexible, personalized approach to healing.
EMDR Intensive Therapy is designed to fit your life. Sessions can be scheduled over consecutive days for deep, immersive work or in shorter clusters spread over time—allowing you to move forward without the limitations of traditional weekly therapy.
Collaborative and supportive care
This is a client-centered process where you actively participate in a safe, guided environment. It can also complement ongoing therapy, enhancing your progress and helping you achieve deeper results.
More than trauma therapy.
While EMDR is highly effective for trauma, it also supports challenges such as anxiety, depression, phobias, addiction, and more—adapting to your unique needs and goals.
Faster progress, lasting results.
By focusing on specific goals in a condensed format, this approach helps reduce overall treatment time while promoting meaningful and lasting emotional change.
A powerful, science-based method.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) uses structured techniques and bilateral stimulation to help your brain safely process and release distressing memories, replacing them with healthier, more adaptive perspectives.
