What is an EMDR Intensive?

I prefer to conduct blocks of 2-3 hours per week via Zoom. My EMDR clients often tell me that I help them piece together their experiences, emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.
Please note that I am only licensed in Florida and Idaho, so clients must be
physically present in these states during treatment. I offer a free 20-minute
consultation to see if we’re a good fit and to determine if an intensive is right for
you.

Weekly Intensive therapy:

I specialize in working with adults through EMDR therapy. I enjoy supporting my weekly clients as they work through complex life challenges. Regular weekly sessions offer continuous support from someone who understands you well. We navigate life together.

EMDR Intensives Blocks:

I also offer the option to meet once a week for 3-4 hours until your symptoms resolve. This approach works well via telehealth.

EMDR Intensives - $175 per hour.

Intensives are scheduled for a specific number of hours based on our consultation call. When scheduling the 20-30-hour intensive option, the full fee must be paid 14 days before our first meeting. When scheduling the 3-4 hour weekly option, the full fee must be paid 7 days before our first meeting.
